GTL's quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO17025 as they apply to the engineering, testing and qualification services provided by GTL.
At the working level, GTL maintains written Test Procedures which provide detailed instructions for the technical and administrative aspects of GTL's business which affect the quality of services provided to the client.
A quality manual and the associated procedures serve as the quality plan for all services provided by GTL. Where required for a specific project or where vendor or client quality systems require formalized supplementary controls, specific quality plans are generated as part of the test procedures.
Equipment used for testing is calibrated with standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. All equipment is calibrated on 12 month intervals unless test programs/quality requirements dictate a shorter interval.
